The Breakthrough of Entiat 2in1 and Top Focal Shooting Glasses

by Bill Combs on Sep 28, 2015

Entiat (Bottom Focal) and TF (Top Focal)

According to the 2010 U.S. Census Bureau, there are over 81 million Americans in the age bracket 45 to 64 years of age.  This is an increase of 20 million in the last 10 years, combined with the popularity of laser surgery which improves nearsighted vision but decreases farsighted vision, more and more Americans will require reading glasses and a large percentage of them will need reading glasses in combination with protective safety glasses.

In the work force, during everyday activities and even during vacation Americans are having to carry two pairs of glasses everywhere they go.  One pair so they can read and one to protect their eyes from harmful UV400 rays and flying debris.

Typical reading glasses are available in two styles, full frame and half eyes “Ben Franklin” style that sit lower on your nose.

Full reading glasses are suitable for people who spend a great deal of time concentrating on material close-up. If you try to look up and across the room through the reading lenses, everything appears blurry.

In contrast, half-eye reading glasses allow you to look down and through the lenses for near work, and up and over them to see in the distance. Neither reading glass is safe in a hazardous setting.

In the work place where eye protection is required, an employee will be constantly switching between two pairs of glasses.
